Subway Cares Foundation of Canada (the “Foundation”), is a non-share capital corporation incorporated under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, which Foundation is a registered charity (as defined under the Income Tax Act (Canada)) having a business number of 764093803RR0001. Official Receipts may be available for donations to the Foundation by non-charity donors. Donors should consult with their own tax advisors to ascertain the availability of any tax relief.
